Established in 1996 to fill the gap left by so many of the large supply companies, for a comprehensive, maintenance service for most types and makes of multi-sensory equipment and environments, as well as soft play areas and equipment.

I (Ash) have over 11 years’ experience working with Sensory Rooms and Equipment with Sensory Developments Ltd and The MSR Service before taking over the business when Nigel the previous owner sadly passed away in 2019.

The MSR Service has firmly established itself as the market leader for both reliability and customer satisfaction. Working with a large number of local authorities, special needs schools, nurseries, care homes, hospitals, day centres and private customers nationwide.  

We can carry out installations, services, maintenance, and repairs on most types and makes of multi-sensory equipment from single bubble tubes or projectors through to fully interactive environments.
